Sometimes we get emails and calls about a new replacement cell not working. This can be caused because your old cell was telling you your salt was low so you added more but actually put too much in so the new cell is causing system to shut down. The simple solution is to drain and refill and add enough salt to get in the range of 1500-2000 ppm or drain down and add fresh water until the system starts working. You may also need to reset the system by shutting off the breaker for a couple of minutes.

This works just about every time.
